FAQ & Shipping

Disclaimer: This is a new site and one that I am not 100% familiar with so please be aware that some problems may arise as I am learning how to calculate shipping etc. but I promise to work with you on any possible issues until they are resolved!

For worried customers who are concerned about their order status:

I assure you that ALL orders I receive are sent out within 1 week - I package everything as soon as possible and drop it off at a postbox or collection point :)

Some customers are experiencing delays with their orders due to backlog in the postal services worldwide but this is not something that I can do anything about unfortunately.

If your order has already been sent from myself I cannot issue any kind of refund / recall of the order if it hasn't shown up yet.

How does shipping work?

I package my products by hand and ship them using my local postal service usually within a week of purchasing.

I ship to pretty much any country and if there is an issue I will be sure to let you know!

Shipping times can vary from 1 week to 1 month if not longer if there are delays and depending on where you are from. If a considerable time passes before you receive your purchase I will either reimburse you or re-send the products with hopes that it finds it's way to you :)

You may be asked to pay additional import fees - please keep this in mind.

Standard Shipping vs. Traced Shipping

Standard shipping is the cheaper option however, unlike Traced shipping, the items will not have a tracking number and will not be eligible for a refund if you claim the items have not made it to you.

Please bare this in mind when ordering if you are concerned on how the items may reach you! 

How will my items be packaged?

I will use the appropriate sized envelope, bubble mailer or box (unmarked) for your order. In some cases orders may be sent in two envelopes.

Refunds

Refunds / exchanges will only be given out in the following situations:

  • - Item is damaged beyond use in the post and you can return the product to me. (Photo evidence must be sent to me with 72hrs of the item reaching you).(If the outer packaging has been damaged before opening, please ensure to photograph it too before inspecting the items as this will help me get money back from the postal service).
  • - The wrong item has been sent to you and you opt to send the item back (You will be required to pay for tracked shipping of the item back to me)
  • - If you request a refund before the items have been processed and shipped.
  • - If the item has been lost in shipment - Tracking will be consulted to ensure proof of this. (You can request a refund or for the order to be resent) (If tracking status says "delivered" a refund cannot be sent. Please ensure that your address is correct before submitting your order. This does not apply to any items purchased without Traced Shipping)

Exchanges

Exchange of products will only be given out in the following situations:

  • - If the wrong item has been sent to you or the item arrived damaged (Photo evidence must be sent to me with 72hrs of the item reaching you).(If the outer packaging has been damaged before opening, please ensure to photograph it too before inspecting the items as this will help me get money back from the postal service).
  • - If you have ordered the wrong item and want to exchange it for another. Please note: You will have to pay shipping with tracking for both the item you are returning and the new order. Items from me will only be sent once you have given me a tracking code for the returning items and it has been updated.

Potential allergy information

I live in a moderate sized apartment with a VERY fluffy cat. I don't let him near my products but a stray hair from him may find it's way into your order - usually on the outer packaging or on any sticky surface.
